The following information refers to the Online Booking Terms & Conditions of

Online Booking Terms & Conditions 

 

Cancellations: Harmonic Egg Niagara requires 12 hours advanced notice when cancelling by phone, email or online. 

​

No Show Policy: By booking, you authorize Harmonic Egg Niagara to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification.

Refund Policy: All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
